Can I get a quote for short or long term hire?
Our pricing structure is available on the website even for extended periods. Just enter your pick up and return dates and the system will show you the hire cost for the period entered.
Do you supply straps or vehicle restraint equipment?
Unfortunately not. Our convenient self-service model does not allow this option to be viable and sustainable. Therefore we encourage you to bring your own strap if you need one. We thank you for your understanding.
How does self-service model work?
Our click and collect service means we are not present at the time of collecting and return. Book any time you like and we will be in contact (via email, calls or other means) with you to let you know of pick up and return arrangements.
What is the earliest and latest time I can book?
Our locations have different open and closing time daily. We are working on getting sites with 24/7 operation. For the meantime, we can arrange for you to pick and drop up beyond the operating time.
How far can I travel?
We do not have restrictions on the mileage of our hires. However, we advise you to check your insurance for any restriction of distance.
How do I extend my booking?
Just go to the website to find your booking or use the link we send you via email (when you made your booking, prior to your hire or prior to the expiration of the original hire period) and extend your hire at anytime. Please note that this will be subject to the trailer’s availability.
Can I postpone my booking or get a refund?
Yes – we allow full refund (less a $15 admin fee) if cancellation is done within 24 hours prior to the start of the hire period. You are also eligible to move your booking only ONCE. You must give more then 24hrs notice to be eligible to move a booking. This refund policy still upholds regardless of weather conditions.
