On Return of Trailer
1. Park the trailer at the original parking spot where you have taken it from. If the original spot is occupied, find a nearest available spot.
2. Disconnect the wiring.
3. Undo the D-shackles and chains.
4. Engage the hand break, return the reverse lockout latch to original slot. (If the trailer has no break, find a spare chock around and apply it on one of the tyres.)
5. Return jockey wheel to vertical position (make sure the locking pins are engaged into the locking holes – very important to prevent accident/injury when the trailer is moved).
6. Remove the lynch pin/carabiner and undo the coupling handle by pinching it and then pulling it up and let it rest on the hook eyelet.
7. Wind up the jockey wheel until the coupling is detached from the towball.
8. Take the coupling lock from the toolbox and lock the trailer. (You may need to insert/use the key to perform this task.)
9. Complete the return form (refer to the booking email you received from us and click “Confirm Return” and easily follow the prompts.). Take few photos of the trailer of all sides and report any damage or missing items.
