What Happens After I Book?
- You will receive a booking confirmation email. This email will contain your trailer details and other details regarding your hire. Refer to our guide on pickup and return on the information page for more details.
- One hour before hire. You’ll receive an email with a link to access the lock code for the key box on the trailer.
Just complete the quick pickup form (via the “View Booking Details” button), and the code will be revealed – you will then be able to open the digital key box which contains the key to the coupling lock that locks the trailer. The code will only work from your pickup time until the end of your hire.
- When I pick up my trailer, will any staff be assisting me? You will access the trailer without staff present. Move It Cheap Trailer Hire is designed in such a way that customers can hire on their own terms. Feel free to contact us if you are not confident hitching a trailer to a vehicle by yourself or need any help.
