Before Returning the Trailer
Please make sure the trailer is ready for inspection:
- ✔ Remove all personal items and rubbish
- ✔ Sweep out dirt, debris, or loose materials
- ✔ Ensure no items are left behind
- ✔ Check for any damage or issues
Return Time
- ✔ Return the trailer at the agreed time
- ✔ Late returns may incur additional charges
- ✔ Contact us early if you need an extension
Condition Check
Our team will inspect the trailer for:
- ✔ Cleanliness
- ✔ Damage (inside and outside)
- ✔ Tyre condition
- ✔ Lights and connections
Any issues may result in additional charges.
Refuelling / Cleaning (If Applicable)
- ✔ Return the trailer in the same condition as collected
- ✔ Cleaning fees may apply if returned excessively dirty
Damage or Issues
- ✔ Report any damage honestly upon return
- ✔ Failure to report damage may result in extra fees
- ✔ Repairs will be assessed and charged accordingly
Unhitching the Trailer
Our team may assist, but ensure:
- ✔ Trailer is parked safely on level ground
- ✔ Handbrake is applied (if fitted)
- ✔ Electrical plug is disconnected properly
- ✔ Safety chains are removed correctly
Finalising Your Hire
- ✔ Complete final inspection with staff
- ✔ Sign off on return condition (if required)
- ✔ Security bond will be processed/refunded (if applicable)
Bond Refunds
- ✔ Bond refunds are processed after inspection
- ✔ Deductions may apply for:
- Damage
- Cleaning
- Late return
Quick Reminder
